We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll issue a full refund — no return necessary. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items We do not accept refund requests for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items damaged through customer misuse. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
